We offer a range of physical therapy services, including but not limited to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and post-operative rehabilitation. Many of our therapists have earned advanced degrees and additional certifications so that we can provide specialty rehabilitation services to our patients in our rural community.

A typical physical therapy session lasts about one hour. However, the length of your session may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Initial evaluations (your first appointment) typically take longer so that your physical therapist and fully assess your needs, educate you about treatment options, and provide initial treatment.
We will make every attempt to schedule you with the therapist you desire to see. However, there may be times when another physical therapist will treat you to accommodate your schedule. All of our licensed physical therapists deliver exceptional care.
Bring records from your doctor, a list of your medications, allergies and a list of prior doctors. We also recommend bringing in a list of any questions or concerns you may have. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to provide us the necessary paperwork and insurance information. Comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing or athletic wear is recommended for stretching or exercising. Your clothes should also allow us to evaluate your area of injury. We also suggest comfortable, closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your first appointment.
No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to receive treatment at Rise Rehab & Performance. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. Please review your insurance company's guidelines regarding referrals.
Generally, most insurance companies pay for physical therapy. Some companies have restricted coverage or do not cover occupational therapy. We recommend you call the benefit number listed on your insurance card verify insurance benefits before beginning therapy. You can also contact our office to help you determine specific benefit coverages.
